Re. :  To Klaus Schwab - PERSONALLY ! To ALL participants of WEF's Davos Agenda 2021 - presumably representatives of the world's top financial elite! Yesterday Klaus Schwab , Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum, failed to stop permanent attempts of KILLING me, Sergiy Beloy, by his strategic partner Barclays bank to avoid paying its debts. Today I cannot afford neither food nor a cheapest hostel, - despite having savings accounts in Barclays bank, whose CEOs prevent me accessing my own money during their unprecedented in banking industry delay in service for twenty one years! But we live in interconnected world. By avoiding paying their debts during many years, the Barclays CEOs simply SHIFTED those debts to their partners, - The Bank Of England ("last resourt" by definition), The Queen , The Fed, - and now TO YOU , dear participants of Davos Forum ! STOP KILLING by COVID WITHOUT WARM DRESS!

To ALL banks!   The Barclays' KILLING me has gone to the form of KILLING ME BY PREVENTING ME TO ACCESS MY PROPERTY!  In particularly, by avoiding paying its debt for my using my own  WARM DRESS , CRITICALLY IMPORTANT FOR REMAINING ME ALIVE AND HEALTHY, - especially at the current COVID pandemic!,  - and simply a MUST for SURVIVAL of any HOMELESS person, into which a previous Barclays' avoidance to pay debts has turned me into since 2018!  I NEED WARM DRESS B A D L Y ! AND I NEED IT URGENTLY!!! The one I have now is NOT SUITABLE FOR THE WINTER TIME! That's a summer/autumn light jacket, light sweater, summer jeans and shoes nearly tearing apart under current  SNOW AND COLD WIND! SEE MORE DETAILED VIEW This story about my property is very long.   Re: Darkness Ahead From my press-release of February 1: “ Due to obvious unconcern of Klaus Schwab, WEF to my story (see my unanswered letter to him here ), the debts of Barclays bank to me turned into Bill to all WEF participants . Now that bill turns into creation of the special book and/or global project under the code name " Anti-Reset ", for reviewing the original book/concept of Mr Schwab " Great Reset ", and promoting fundamentally different alternative(s), if any. I cannot guarantee Mr Schwab or Davos Forum participants will be happy about the result. The book can include my own solutions to current world's problems, including a really original way for eliminating UNEMPLOYMENT!
